Chongqing

Chongqing is a major municipality in southwestern China, and one of the country’s four direct-administered cities (alongside Beijing, Shanghai, and Tianjin). Spanning a vast area – comparable in size to Austria – Chongqing is a significant economic hub and a key connection point for both the Yangtze River Economic Belt and China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
